Technical Support Representative

Full-Time, Hourly (Tipton, MO)

Employment is full time with a 4/10 option (4 days a week/ 10 hours a day). Overtime opportunities are available as the need arises (paid at 1 ½ times hourly wage.)

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be answering inbound calls, chats and emails assisting our members and subscribers to resolve voice, data, video, streaming, and connectivity trouble tickets and concerns.

Your primary areas of focus will be: providing tier 1 and tier 2 level support, tracking and recording member and subscriber interactions, and providing backup assistance to other Technical Support Representatives. All employees are expected to facilitate exceptional customer care.


You will be:

  • Opening and responding to trouble tickets
  • Assisting members and subscribers with hardware and software needs
  • Diagnosing and resolving tier 1 and tier 2 voice, data, video, streaming, and connectivity trouble tickets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience installing and supporting customer hardware (professionally or personally)- Required
  • Basic understanding of computer-based application software- Required
  • Comfort and Confidence being on the phone- Required
  • Ability to multi- task and effectively complete tickets- Required
  • Ability to succeed in a high- stress, fast paced environment- Required
  • Experience working in a help desk or customer service environment- Preferred
  • Basic understanding of streaming services- Preferred
  • Completed college coursework in a computer related field- Preferred
